Is financial success manageable during this economic downturn?

Why are so many people stuck in horrible financial predicaments? Obviously the simple answer is because of how poorly the economy is performing but the reality is married with a unfruitful economy is an overwhelming amount of credit card debt that so many consumers are having to deal with. Such individuals are in serious need of some sort of debt reduction services to place them back on the nice financial street to financial freedom and to quit being such a slave to slimey credit card banks.
