For decades people have been acting very carefree with their funds. Nowadays it has all hit the fan and we are in the midst of a recession with no escape. It looks as if virtually we all have found ourselves to be cornered far in credit card debt. For many there is a program for these folks to get out of debt and get back on their solid feet again.
